I always make sure I take a picture of my child on her first day of school every year. Also, it must be of her sitting on the front step. It's my thing.
Hopers is attending a VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten, for anyone not immersed in kid stuff) program at a church down the road. She's super excited about her "class"!
