My dear friend Gabbi left me an odd comment on my blog saying that I had been tagged and that I should go to her blog for more information. Once there, I found that it was part of a little blog game and that I was to write 8 random facts about myself and then leave a comment on 8 of my friends' blogs to have them come read. Sort of like the email thingys that circulate, except this time, I get to pick the facts.
The Rules:
I have to post these rules before I give you the facts.
Each player starts with eight random facts/habits about themselves.
People who are tagged need to write their own blog (about their eight things, and it could be a myspace blog, too) and post these rules. (**if you’re a non-blogger, you can email them or send them a myspace message!)
At the end of your blog, you need to choose eight people to get tagged and list their names.
Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them they’re tagged, and to read your blog.
Eight Random Facts/Habits About Me:
- A lot of you know this about me. I have a randomly mutated genetic blood-clotting disorder. Hey, can anyone spare some Protein-S?
- Touching other people's feet makes my skin crawl. (shudder) I just don't like 'em, okay?
- I grind my own wheat and bake my own bread. (I have an electric grain mill and a bread machine, so it's not as "Laura Ingalls Wilder" as you're thinking.)
- I color coordinate my closet, alphabetize my movie collection, put every photo into an album, and wash all my bedding at least once a week. Hey I just like organization. Not to mention, I'm allergic to dust mites.
- A lot of my favorite movies are superhero, comic book-type stories. They must have a good ending, though!
- Scrapbooks make me happy.
- I've really gotten into reading history lately. It's become my new favorite genre. Right now I'm reading a biography on Benjamin Franklin (yea for the library!).
- I like to sit in my yard and pick weeds. I find it theraputic, except during the 100 degree weather we've been having lately. I find that psychotic.

Good facts! Never would have guessed any of those! :)
Yeah, I figured you were scrap-booker! I wish I could sit down to it but I just don't have the patience!
So tell me something I don't know. HaHa! --Mom
There's not much I could write about myself that my mom wouldn't know...
I knew the feet thing! I didn't know about the organization stuff though.
Pulling weeds is the best, you totally turned me on to it that time I visited. I'll sit on the grass and do it when I take the worm to the park and get so annoyed when he's asks me to come play with him or push him on a swing. Is that disturbing or what? I'm all done out front my house and I so feel like sitting in front of my neighbor's house but that would really be disturbingly weird if I get caught. I picked them from my in-laws neighbor's house once cause they were away for the hurricane. Look there was no electricity and nothing else to do after I picked a bunch from my in-laws house leaving part of their yard raw, with no green in sight (just blamed it on the hurricane). Can't wait til the weather gets cooler again :o)
I'm glad this is an old post I sure hope nobody reads this.
