Hey everyone! The girls and I are in South Florida for a fun getaway! We hitched a ride on Friday from Nanabanana to get down here. It was definitely not the worst car trip I've ever been on. (Noodle could certainly scream for 7 hours as a baby.) We spent the first hour and a half immersed in smoke. The fires in Georgia must have been kickin' that day, and the wind was blowing our way, because you could hardly see in front of the van. The sun was a strange orange globe behind the haze.
After that, it was clear skies and smooth sailing. We're staying with our dear friends, Tamar & Craig. They have two cute boys. Here's Noodle with Luke.

That smokey "weather" is crazy over there... you guys are having a lack of rain, and we're HAVING rain... we usually don't have rain in May and most of June, but it's been raining about once a week! So strange... I guess we're getting all your rain...
