Cows For Sale

This morning while Noodle was watching PBS, there was a show that had farm animals. Noodle thought the cows were very interesting and was watching the footage very intently. Suddenly she turned around and looked at me with a satisfied tone in her voice and said, "Those cows have tags on their ears because they're new cows, right Mama?" While barely controlling my laughter, I explained that farmers use them for identification, not shopping.
